Delivery and status

Easily track whether your emails are reaching customers. Proper records delivery events so your team can monitor communication and quickly follow up if needed.

Where to check the status

  • Customer activity timeline – shows delivery events (sent, delivered, bounced) for all invoices, credit notes and reminders sent to the customer
  • Invoice / Credit note timeline – shows delivery status for that specific document directly on the page

Event types

Invoice emails and reminders:

  • Sent – the email was accepted for delivery
  • Delivered – the email reached the recipient’s server
  • Bounced – the email could not be delivered

eInvoices:

  • eInvoice uploaded – the eInvoice has been initiated; the status will update shortly
  • eInvoice delivered – the eInvoice was successfully sent
  • eInvoice bounced – the eInvoice was rejected by the server

Troubleshooting

  • Double-check that the customer’s email address is correct.
  • For eInvoicing, check that the EAN/GLN contains 13 digits and no spaces.
  • Review recent bounces in the customer’s activity timeline to spot recurring issues.
